movement remedies for movement problems
What is your body telling you?
You feel stuck, stiff and stressed. You stretch and you strengthen. You medicate and manipulate. You find temporary relief. But sooner or later… the cycle starts again.
Hi, I’m Susan
For decades as a pilates teacher and body nerd, I was always searching for the best ways to help my clients reach their physical fitness goals. Along the way I investigated numerous movement protocols and practices. In 2020, I found my way to Clinical Somatics.
I was immediately inspired by this practical, easy and comprehensive way to find freedom and efficiency of movement; symptom management; pain relief and self efficacy. I became a certified Essential Somatics Movement teacher and am currently completing my Clinical Somatics Educator certification.
Let's connect and discover what Somatics can do for you.
How Clinical Somatics Works
Clinical Somatics is neuromuscular education. Simple gentle movement patterns teach you to restore your brain body connection. Uncover your movement habits; discover your patterns of creating and maintaining muscle tension; and learn how to reset muscle tension so that you can regain control of tight muscles and find freedom and ease.
